Return Policy
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, undamaged, and original-condition jewelry.
- To start a return, please contact our customer service at ruqaiyah@theluxefinejewelry.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
- The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates or accessories that were provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
