- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. In such cases, customers will be notified of the extended timeline at the time of purchase.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.
- Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
Tracking and Delivery
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Luxe Jewelry is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
- We aim to ensure timely delivery of all orders; however, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing may affect the delivery timeline. Luxe Jewelry is not liable for shipping delays caused by third parties.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at ruqaiyah@theluxefinejewelry.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Luxe Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, but we will do our best to assist you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon the order's arrival. These fees are not included in the price of the item or shipping charges.
